How do I make a reservation for my cat?
Making a reservation is easy! Simply visit our website or give us a call to check availability and book your cat's stay. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process and ensure a seamless reservation experience.
What should I bring for my cat's stay?
We recommend bringing your cat's familiar bedding, toys, and any special dietary needs. This will help them feel more comfortable during their stay. We provide food and water bowls, but feel free to bring your own if your cat prefers them.
Is my cat required to be up-to-date on vaccinations?
Yes, for the safety of all our guests, we require all cats to be up-to-date on vaccinations. This helps maintain a healthy and secure environment for everyone.
All cats MUST be fully vaccinated (had a booster within 12 months) against:
- Cat flu (feline herpes virus and feline calicivirus)
- Feline infectious enteritis
- Feline leukaemia virus
Please provide proof of vaccinations upon check-in.
How often will my cat be fed during their stay?
We follow a regular feeding schedule tailored to your cat's needs. Let us know their feeding preferences and dietary requirements, and we'll ensure they receive nutritious meals at appropriate intervals. Fresh water is always available.
Can I visit my cat during their stay?
